Brief de expedición

Temporada Regular (Octubre - Marzo): Operamos la expedición clásica durante el invierno indio. Esta es la única forma de cruzar el Desierto de Thar sin enfrentarse a temperaturas letales, disfrutando de condiciones de ruta estables.

Temporada Monzón Extremo (Julio - Agosto): Una salida radical para quienes buscan el lado más salvaje del subcontinente. Enfrentamos lluvias torrenciales y caminos impredecibles. IMPORTANTE: Durante esta época, los monzones en Uttarakhand literalmente arrasan pueblos enteros en las estribaciones del Himalaya. Por tanto, las rutas diarias son altamente dinámicas y se ajustarán en tiempo real según las condiciones climáticas y de seguridad, ya que puentes y caminos pueden desaparecer de la noche a la mañana.

El norte de India entrega escala: Rajasthan, ciudades reales, rutas de peregrinaje, el Ganges y días largos que construyen carácter de expedición.

La ruta mezcla distancia, calor, tráfico, historia y pausas culturales para que el viaje tenga profundidad sin repetir el mismo mensaje en cada tramo.

Es una buena elección para riders que buscan una experiencia intensa, patrimonial y menos técnica que Ladakh o Nepal.

Hyderabad → Nagpur → Sambhajinagar → Ahmedabad → Bhuj → Mount Abu → Udaipur → Jaipur → Rishikesh → Lucknow → Prayagraj → Varanasi → Jabalpur → Hyderabad.

  1. Día1

    Hyderabad → Nagpur

    Distancia: 500 kmHoras de ruta: 8-9 hours

    A massive first day on the NH44 highway. This is a high-speed sprint to leave the southern states behind.

    Cross the border into Maharashtra, navigating heavy truck corridors.

    Arrive in Nagpur, the geographical center of India.

  2. Día2

    Nagpur → Sambhajinagar

    Distancia: 400 kmHoras de ruta: 7-8 hours

    Turn west into the heart of Maharashtra. The terrain flattens and dries out as we approach the historic city formerly known as Aurangabad.

    Watch for shifting road conditions and rural farm traffic.

    Sambhajinagar → Ahmedabad

    Distancia: 530 kmHoras de ruta: 9-10 hours

    Our longest riding day. A brutal test of saddle endurance as we cross into the state of Gujarat.

    The highways here are fast but chaotic. Hydration and focus are critical.

    Arrive exhausted in Ahmedabad.

    Ahmedabad → Bhuj

    Ride into the Rann of Kutch region. The landscape becomes an alien expanse of white salt flats and scrub desert.

    Temperatures soar even in winter. We reach Bhuj, a city defined by its resilience and desert culture.

    Bhuj → Mount Abu

    Leave Gujarat and cross the border into Rajasthan, the land of kings and deserts.

    The flat desert gives way to a surprising climb as we ascend into Mount Abu, Rajasthan's only hill station, offering a sudden drop in temperature.

    Mount Abu → Udaipur

    Distancia: 160 kmHoras de ruta: 3-4 hours

    A short, beautiful ride down the hills and through the Aravalli range.

    Arrive early in Udaipur, the City of Lakes. Spend the afternoon exploring the palaces and resting the throttle hand.

    Udaipur → Jaipur

    Distancia: 400 kmHoras de ruta: 7 hours

    A fast highway run through the heart of Rajasthan.

    Pass massive medieval forts rising out of the desert dust on the way to the Pink City of Jaipur.

  8. Día8

    Jaipur → Jaipur

    Distancia: 0 kmHoras de ruta: 0 hours

    Rest day. While you explore the Amber Fort and the chaotic bazaars of the Pink City, our technical team performs a deep maintenance sweep on the fleet after 3,000 km of desert riding.

    Air filters are cleaned, chains adjusted, and oil topped up.

  9. Día9

    Jaipur → Rishikesh

    Distancia: 500 kmHoras de ruta: 9 hours

    Leave the desert and head north into Uttarakhand.

    The air cools rapidly as we approach the foothills of the Himalayas. We park the bikes on the banks of the sacred Ganges river in Rishikesh.

    Rishikesh → Rishikesh

    Rest day. Trade the motorcycle gear for life jackets as we hit the Ganges for a white-water rafting session.

    In the afternoon, walk through the jungle to the abandoned Beatles Ashram where the band wrote the White Album.

    Mechanics do a quick sweep of the bikes in the hotel parking lot.

  11. Día11

    Rishikesh → Lucknow

    Distancia: 500 kmHoras de ruta: 9 hours

    Descend from the foothills and enter the massive, densely populated plains of Uttar Pradesh.

    This is classic Indian highway riding: dodging cows, tractors, and erratic traffic. Absolute focus required.

  12. Día12

    Lucknow → Prayagraj

    Distancia: 200 kmHoras de ruta: 4 hours

    A shorter transition day heading towards the confluence of the sacred rivers.

    Arrive in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) and prepare for the spiritual climax of the trip.

  13. Día13

    Prayagraj → Varanasi

    Distancia: 120 kmHoras de ruta: 3 hours

    A quick sprint drops us into the oldest living city on Earth: Varanasi.

    The sheer density of humanity and spiritual energy here is overwhelming. We park the bikes and head straight to the Ganges.

  14. Día14

    Varanasi → Varanasi

    Distancia: 0 kmHoras de ruta: 0 hours

    Rest day. A full day to explore the ancient Ghats. Take a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges and witness the intense life-and-death rituals performed on the riverbanks.

    Our mechanics perform the final major overhaul on the fleet before the sprint back south.

  15. Día15

    Varanasi → Jabalpur

    Distancia: 450 kmHoras de ruta: 8 hours

    Turn the compass south. We cross back into Madhya Pradesh, leaving the Ganges basin for the central Indian forests.

    The roads open up as we push towards Jabalpur.

  16. Día16

    Jabalpur → Hyderabad

    Distancia: 750 kmHoras de ruta: 12+ hours

    The final test. A monstrous 750 km push down the NH44 highway.

    An iron-butt day that separates the tourists from the riders.

    Arrive in Hyderabad late at night, exhausted, filthy, and officially a Veteran Rider.
