I acknowledge that motorcycle expeditions involve inherent risks (extreme weather, high altitude) and accept full responsibility.I confirm that I possess or will obtain a valid Passport (6+ months validity) and International Driving Permit (IDP) before departure.I understand that obtaining the tourist e-Visa is the rider’s responsibility (the agency provides flight/tour invitation letters).I agree to provide the refundable motorcycle security deposit (USD $750-$1,000) upon bike handover at departure.I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.Explicit consent for sensitive data. I expressly authorise the processing of my sensitive personal data — medical notes, allergies, pre-existing conditions, and passport/licence numbers — for the sole purposes of obtaining government permits, verifying riding eligibility, and coordinating high-altitude medical assistance or evacuation. I may withdraw this consent at any time from my profile.
